Direct billing*: This is available to those Merkur customers with Merkur customer portal access who have a Merkur H series health insurance tariff from 01.07.2021 incl. sufficient outpatient maximum rate and there is no benefit exclusion. -
Bill*: Booking on account is available to all Merkur customers with Merkur customer portal access and a Merkur health insurance tariff. Following the consultation, you will receive an invoice as a Merkur customer, which must be paid in full by yourself. Subsequently, submission of the invoice to Merkur Versicherung AG is only possible if you have an outpatient tariff incl. sufficient maximum rate and without corresponding benefit exclusion and after prior submission to your social insurance company.
